Hey Jim, I use a Kameraleder case with a medium snout for my M6 and love it. It has a great retro look, and when I'm shooting, I just use the bottom part. The strap is attached to the case so no camera strap scuffs. Worth the money if you love your Leica!

Lets see...I've gotta have the M6 case, maybe a couple of snouts...probably the Hexar case also...Minox B...definitely the Leica Screw Mount case with room for rigid 50mm lens...
