Oh man, freshman year, my first real crush as a semi-out of the closet gay boy. Wrote a note, slipped it in his locker after school, never heard back from him. A friend saw him at a party two months later and asked him about receiving my letter.

"Yeah, I got it," he said, "but I'm not a fucking fag," and continued rolling his joint.

Probably a damned burnt out anyway...

Which story do you want, Mikey? Do you want the one about the guy who baked me banana bread (before I'd ever met him) and brought it to me? Do you want the one about the guy who turned everything into a question, so the whole fucking night was all like So this one time, at band camp?
