Just had a talk from a VC company and he touched on what makes a good business plan. he mentioned the elevator statement, a new concept to me but maybe you've heard of it. He said this statement which sums up the innovative part of your idea in a few lines is most important. I think we should incorporate something like this, our innovative idea being the linking to the national health service. He also said the exec.summary is vital.

I was also thinking of having a link with or tieing in to the portal the head of each student union from each medical school in each country. Have to think about it more though. What do you think?
