As part of my school project based on Bread, i need to find out a few questions about bread around 1940. it would be very grateful if you could answer my questions.

What kind of different types of bread were there around 1940's? Where did people purchase their bread from? How much was a loaf of bread? Was brown bread available in around 1940?
