What is the difference between Al Gore and the average two year old?

One is a selfish, whiney spoiled little brat who has to have everything HIS WAY, RIGHT NOW, OR ELSE, and the other is a normal child.

Actually, when you think about it, Prince Albert may be fighting for his political life. With the negative reaction he is receiving for his post-election snit, doubt he could run for Prez again. If he returns to TN the Republicans have the Senate spots locked up at least as long as Frist and Thompson want the jobs. Governor might be a posibility, except last two or three have been Republicans. What other regular job might he be qualified for? Lecture circuit doesn't seem a strong possibility for him. Perhaps a professorship teaching government?

I suppose Al can call Dan Quayle to find out what a failed VP can do with his spare time. :) .

I don't think the Texan is standing that tall, either. If he is so much for trusting the people and state's rights, why does he keep running to FEDERAL court? He seems to be sending a message to his brother Jeb that says, "you really screwed things up for me, now the FEDS are going to decide what to do with your state." .

I agree with those analysts that say that the biggest loser in all this won't be George or Al, it will be Jeb Bush. Are Florida voters going to hang him out to dry after this? .

The biggest losers are the People. This is just proving what all of us already knew. Neither one should be elected President. I think we should throw the whole thing out and get some new candidates, although I am not thrilled with our current President at least things are pretty stable. Let's keep him for about six more months and get some new candidates for us to vote for President. I would love to see a President that can be more mature than a six year old.

I think Bush is going to federal court so people will be less likely to accuse him and his brother of "fixing" the election. You know if it goes to state court that is what will happen.

Besides, it looks like Gore has the state courts bought and paid for.

I think Ratdog is right about the reason Bush is going to the federal courts. Don't know about Gore having the state courts 'bought and paid for' but in a heavily Democrat state, they might be inclined to favor the Dem. candidate. I don't want either one of them for President either -- we had some better candidates in the primaries, but it seems that mediocrity and *don't rock the boat* is what people want. And tyranny is what we will get.
