Question: My Kodak 1500 scanner with Kodak software tells me every morning that I need to clean the rollers. When I clean the rollers, it still tells me they need to be cleaned.

Is there something wrong with my scanner?

There is nothing wrong with your scanner. The Kodak LVCS software is set to remind you to clean the rollers periodically. After you clean them, you have to let the software know that you have done it, byt resetting the counter.

From the file menu, choose: Scanners>Setup

The Setup window will give a button to, " Reset Counters."

You should be all set until the next roller cleaning
