Plane crashes in western Quebec

A small plane has crashed on a downtown street in Hull, Que. Police say two people are dead.

Witnesses told Radio-Canada's all-news network that they heard a buzzing noise before the crash.

The plane apparently hit a car as it came down. There was no one in the vehicle.

The skies were clear at the time of the crash. The plane is completely mangled.

The crash happened about 3 p.m. ET and the cause of the accident is still being investigated.
