Glass' attitude has always been suspect ever since he failed to hold down a permanent 1st team place. Don't forget he asked to be on the transfer list, only to stay and "fight for his place" (TM every single averagely talented player wanting to see out their contract).

If he was good enough he'd be playing. He's not, and he's not.
