The solution could be closer than we think! I am being serious, he's obviously a man for the Premiership opponents, let him do it every week?

He's got a shite first touch - stood on the ball several times last night - he'll get found out.

HEs a very strong forward but is not premiership class. We need a guy whith pace and height to either head down for shearer or run onto shearers through ball/flick ons, Someone like Carl Cort from Wimbledon erm!!

Agree. We don't need him. By all accounts, he's unreliable and inconsistent. OK he was motivated against us and looked a handful, but personally I think we have enough players already who can turn it on if needs be, but don't have the self motivation to do so on a regular basis against average opposition. When he was injured, the reaction by the bench was interesting. Initially it was implied he was just nancying around and wanted off. Then the physio said no way. Then word from the bench later implied that he was 'tired' rather than injured. Anyone who fakes an injury so he can have a nice hot shower and a rest is a liability.

Errr okay maybe it was early morning bashfullness combined with a bit of post match depression. He's a useless big lump isn't he!!

oh and we'd be competing against Burnley for his services.

He was a total donkey, but was causing hassle everywhere. No touch, no skill, no idea, but did hold the ball up and looked strong in the air.

Burnley, eh. My my.

"A useless big lump.." indeed - and we couldn't get near him. The big useless lump caused us fits all night, and our efforts at getting the ball off him would have been laughable if it hadn't all been so utterly depressing.

Adebola has been in and out of their side. When he was at Crewe Dario used to complain at regular intervals about his first touch. He said in one post match interview - "If we want to get the best out of Dele we'll have to learn to play the ball to him nicely"!! He might have been up for it last night but he's far from Premiership class.

Nah....we don't want him, just like Luax2.......he's cup tied.....sorry, what was that.....when did we get knocked out......OH SHIT!

Adebola & Horsfield run us ragged between them, either of them would make Alan Shearers life a bit easier at the moment he needs a strong strike partner and Cort is not ready just yet.
