What are the physiological dangers of magnetometer usage?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Ask an Engineer - Magnetic Sensors : One Thread

Recent research has shown that exposure to high magnetic fields can cause hallucinations and other side-effects.
Can the same be said for the use of magnetic-sensors?
There seems to be good evidence for this from this bulletin-board.
Surely talking to oneself and answering imaginary questions is symptomatic of exposure to some sort of hallucinogenic field?
