OOPS!! About 2 years ago, my Canon T-90 and the 299-T were dropped on the hard floor or a McD's during my daughter's birthday party. Tho' the camera and flshed survived, the hot shoe connection on the flash did not. Canon no longer supports the flash (or the camera). Does any have or know where I can get the hot shoe. Just four little screws and a simple electrical connextion and I am on my way...

Before giving up completely on Canon, have you tried their New Jersey parts depot? (732) 521-7230. They have parts for many 'unsupported' products.
