Could use some help! Using a standard enlarger is it possible to print a color negative in black and white? I purchased special paper but despite the exposure time I use it always turns into a black print. Any ideas? Thanks!

You should be using Kodak Panalure, and you should not be using a safelight. The paper is panchromatic, so it needs to be processed in total darkness, just like color paper, or your prints will be black.

Dave, if using Panalure dosen't appeal then just use a good VC paper with a slightly higher grade then normal, for example grade 3,1/2. I've had good results using this method. If you haven't already invested in a set of VC filters either to fit your enlargers filter draw or a below lens set then I would strongly recommend you do. Good luck,
