we have a bunch of this,I think it is like scrapple but not sure. Any ideas?

if it is scrapple it is made with with yellow cornmeal,hog meat plus broth. If pudding, it is sort of gray.Made with headmeat of hog.you can eat either these items cold or fried. we eat them with pancakes ,eggs or in sandwitches.
