The dress code. There really isn't a specific one, but I would adopt a jeans every day kind of a place. I am not good at playing dress-up. The good thing is that I can wear jeans occasionally, and in weeks like this, when the holidays are approaching and fewer people are coming in, I will wear jeans the rest of the week. I am definitely more productive when I am comfortable.

Ditto on the dress code. What kind of sadist decided special education teachers should dress up? We're on the floor most of the time, and autistic preschoolers love to lift up your dress.

Working hours. They're more flexible than most places. I can turn up any time before 12 as long as I work my eight hours. It's just that I'm fed up with these 8 hour work days. There's not much left of the day. I _almost_ went to talk to my manager today, asking to work only part-time. I might do it tomorrow or at the latest, early January, with hope to start part-time in February or March.
