I was wondering, during what years were steam locomotive crews asigned to their locomotives. I have pictures of nameplates below the loco. number boards, and Ks-1's with cilinder covers painted and pinstripes on the locomotives. I know it was sometime in the 30's to mid 40's and would like to know if there are more specific dates. Any help is welcome... THANKS Evan =)
