A quick question about the new season of ER due to be shown in Britain this spring, does anybody know whether channel 4 is planning to show it exclusively on E4(the new digital channel) making terrestrial viewers miss out or whether it will be shown on channel 4 as well?

I got told that E4, on digital, is showing the new episodes in the mid-end January! Normal channel 4 is showing it about half a year later!

You can get E4 on ONDigital from the launch date (18th Jan) and also on cable, but if you have Sky Digital you may have to wait, after speaking to Sky last week they said that they have not finalised a deal with Channel 4 yet for showing E4 and that they are testing the signal over Christmas/New Year with the intention of adding E4 to their channels package - however, they could not confirm a date that they will launch it. Hope it will be in time for E4's launch - but could miss it - Hope not!! - T-J xx

I spoke to On Digital and E4 is airing on January 18th, and ER will be exclusive to E4, C4 will be showing the series June/July. Hope this is helpful.

Saw a preview for Er today on the ER, preview channel on Digital,

Anyone who is interested in the frequency for E4 to add to your Sky Digital listings it is; 12.168 V and my hubby found this for me on a website: www.satlist.dk/28_2east.htm (hugs and kisses to him for finding it for me!!). I have now added it to our Sky channel listings - excellent!!!

Sorry, I mistyped Er when I meant the channel E4, the preview was on E4, it showed Carter, Abby, etc, and it is the new series, 7, showing on On Digital. hope this is helpful. sorry if I confused you.
