Assuming everything is equal (packaging, etc.) between two loaves of bread, will bread mold faster in the refrigerator or on the kitchen counter at room temperature?

Considering the ever present "Refrigirate" label on the bread package, i'd say that bread in the refrigirater would mold slower than mold on the counter.
