Kirsten,

Hope I am the first on the boards to wish you a Happy Birthday on this your big day.

Enjoy yourself, and try to get everyone else to do the housework!

Hey, thanks Donna! I slept till 1:00 pm today! I think that was the best rest I've gotten in my life. Now I'm watching the Saints play and eating fresh homemade pizza. Life is good! I'm 38 today. Yikes! I hope this year is as interesting as all the others have been.

Happy Birthday Kritter! Hope you have a great day and that you can pick out a great digital cam. Tell us which one you pick ok?

38 is a pretty good age. You have about 5 years before the bod starts to go to hell. Make good use of them!

Happy happy happy birthday, Kritter!

Hey Krit,

Happy Birthday. Wow 38. That's a good year. I was 38 once. Actually I still am, except now it's my belt size instead of my age.

As noted above, you have a few years left of being in pretty good shape before the bod' starts to degrade. I read that folic acid will help retain memory, but I don't recall just where.

Have a super day.

38, eh? Why, you're just about to hit your stride!

Have a wonderful day, and at least 38 more. . .

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL.....

I just so happen to be 38 also.....but, um I feel 39 coming around ...fast....2-25 oh my?

So tell us what was your fav year so far? Mine was the Big 30...What a blast....went to the bahamas that year for the 1st time in my life.

Have a blessed day and remember what donna said "Make um do ALL the work" your only 38 once babe :-)

I still think my best years are ahead of me, but to pick one in the past, it was age 33, when we JUST bought this house. I was on a high that whole year, just having my OWN house...walls to paint, rooms to decorate, shelves to hang...and my daughter was 3 and out of diapers and not needing constant care anymore. That was heaven.

My 30th came 6 days after my daughter was born by C-section, and all I remember about that day was that I was in pain and tired and didn't care..not one of the better ones. Probably better that way, since I was expecting to be depressed over turning 30, and then didn't have the energy to be depressed..heh.

THIS birthday has been pretty damned cool so far. I ordered my new camera today and we ate out AGAIN, and I have a delicious Entenmanns Cake here taboot! (they were kind enough not to put a zillion candles on it!)

I'm hoping my body doesn't get any worse than it is...because my brain age is definately still 14. But, if it does, at least I'll still be young at heart! :-)

Thanks all ! !! !!
