Quinn's not cup tied, he didn't play. Must say I can't see the point in buying Div 1 cast off's. It's Daglish all over again.

Quinn won't be able to play because you have to be registered 7 days before the tie to play in the FA Cup. No player we sign between now and Villa Park will be eligible because they weren't eligible for the first game.

I don't actually understand why Sheff U are letting Quinn go on loan - 12 months ago they wanted 2-3 million for him. He is a very good player and was outstanding in some games at Div One level - left footed, quick an excellent crosser - wing back rather than full back.
