Tray temperature control

greenspun.com : LUSENET : B&W Photo - Printing & Finishing : One Thread

I currently do not have a darkroom space where I can control the air temperature. I'd like to somehow keep control of the chemistry when print making, but I print in trays, and don't have a deep sink I can work in. Any thoughts on how to control chemistry temps in trays?

You can get some larger trays and put the smaller ones in them with water around them. You can use plastic bags of ice to cool trays, or heating pads to warm them.

Or you can just let them be. If you are comfortable in the darkroom, the temp is OK. You may have to adjust the development time though.
