Unfortunetly, I am prone to car sickness, making me unable to read on long trips while my husband drives. My dream car would have some anti- car sickness molecules released in the air. There would be a mini- fridge with pepsi products (sorry Al), trail mix, and a porta potty so we don't have to stop at those dirty public restooms. It would lift up like Inspector Gadgets car and drive over people during a traffic jam. I don't watch much t.v. but a good c.d. players a must.

I haven't had a car long enough to really have a dream car, but I still think the coolest car on TV was Black Beauty, the Green Hornet's car. For one thing, how cool is it to travel around with Bruce Lee? Nobody's gonna pick on you then, that's for sure. Also, I never got tired of the scene where the garage floor flipped over, replacing Britt Reid's roadster with the Black Beauty.

By the way, your idea of having the car fold itself up when you're not driving it reminded me most of The Jetsons, which may mean that I'm even more steeped in junk culture than you are. :-)

Dream or delirium ? My dream of the ultimate transportation ? Why stay four wheeled ? My dream is a two piece, fold up coat pocket teleporter. One in which the receiver can be sent by teleportation to the desired destination and the transmitter will follow when the person has been teleported. No fatigue, no time loss, no bulky thing. My Mount Everest of dreams.
