which machine will work better with final cut pro. Should I buy an editing system with the Dual G4 533mhz or should I wait for the new Mac G4 733mhz to be available.

DUAL 533 MHZ IS FASTER THAN 733 MHZ, WHEN YOU ARE DOING MULTIMEDIA LIKE PREMIERE AND FINAL CUT PRO, AFTER EFFECTS, PHOTO SHOP. I WILL GO FOR THE DUAL 533 MHZ.

Dont go for the 733 mhz just becuase of the superdrive, 733 mhz is more like a superdrag since lots of users can get the speed they paid for. Smart move is dual 533 mhz which is optimized for video editing such as premiere, after effects, infini-d, final cut pro, photoshop and many other applications. take it from me. I have masters degree in multimedia engineering and I know my stuff.
