I have an Amish Cinnamon Friendship Bread Starter that I have frozen. I have seen or read in other areas that it can be successfully frozen, then thawed and used to restart a 10-day process. My question is - once I have thawed it at room temperature, do I feed it and count that as day 1 or just count it as day 1 and go forward with the 10-day cycle without feeding it?
