The 5th annual Quilt Retreat will be held March 16-18, 2001 at Jackson's Mill near Weston, WV. Preregistration deadline is Feb. 16. The retreat is for those who have never quilted before as well as experienced quilters who want to learn different skills. Registration fee is $40, lodging there ranges from $53-95. Commuters accepted. There may be a materials fee for your class.

Topics include: Baltimore Album, Double Wedding Ring-The Applique Way, Fun and Fuzzy flannel, Floral Applique, Harvest Star, Primitive Pine Ridge, Quilting for Beginners and Strip Mine.

What would i do for a weekend without sticky hands , someone yelling Mom a {cow,pig,goat,sheeep,dog ,ect } is out .The phones for you ,whens dinner ? You get the idea .Maybe I could actually get quilting done !What a nice thought but i probally would not make it to the driveway before being tackled and the keys taken away .Thanks for letting us know.
