Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on some diopter correctors for my TC? It has the rectangular viewfinder (I would have thought this was a rather cross-make compatible item, but No Joy so far in tracking such down...)

I'm almost ready to cut up some old glasses with a Dremel Tool and MAKE myself some Prescription correctors.

Any other ideas out there?

Diopters on Ebay

Diopters for Konica are available on Ebay. I just got one for a few bucks last week.

Here is my question however. I was surprised to find that it proved to be useless for my eyesight. Does anyone know how bad your sight needs to be to make use of one of the items? I have 2+ reading glasses and they help but the 2+ dioptor makes my konica viewfinder very very fuzzy.

They definitely do not serve to enlarge the viewfinder in any way that I can see.

Can anyone confirm?
