Most web page text is best at Verdana 10point, but longer articles are better in Times Roman 10 or 12 point (size =-1 or size=2). Section headings are typically 2 points larger (size=+1 or size=3) and/or in bold, and page headings are bold and 2 points larger than that (size =+2 or size=4).
