I am seeking training packages for despatching incendiary devices from an aircraft and would be grateful if somebody could direct me to an appropriate agency.

I am also seeking to have some of our aircrew accredited and wish to investigate either our people travelling to the US or one or two instructors travelling to South Australia to conduct accredited training.

Information about different types of despatching devices and their effectiveness would also be appreciated.
