Hello,

What do you recommend for warmth in a cold water swim where a wetsuit is not an option?

If grease like old time English Channel swimmers used, what kind of grease? Are there any new products that wouldn't sluff off, like a plastic spray or whatever?

Also this product might be used on just feet and hands while wearing a wetsuit.
