I need information about SLA`s for airports, especially ground handling servicesgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Service Level Management : One Thread |
Hello,I´m about to write my thesis on SLA´s, their relevance and impacts between airlines and groundhandling services, with taking the IATA-recommendations into consideration. Could somebody tell me where I can find relevant information? (Essays, books etc. - anything!!!)
Thanks in advance I. Henkel

Hi Isabel,I am a contractor at Eurocontrol and I just started to take over the job related to SLM for AIS (Aeronautical Information System) Services. But your problem is bit different. I am not so sure that there is a similar work at Eurocontrol. Just try your chance with the Eurocontrol's WEB sites www.eurocontrol.be www.eurocontrol.fr
Good luck

I am interested in this subject as well. I would like to know if you were able to find some relevant information. I could not find the date of your email so it could be this topic isn't relevant and actual for you anymore.Regards,

hi Isabel to start with we have a diagnostic tool that will give you a start as to how your crictal appliciations are responding to an SLA . we are able to give you a break down as to what the relevant times are for the desktop, network and server time by each request. its only makes up a % of the SLA but plays a vital role when releveant information is required . please feel free to contact me
