I am designing and teaching a new course in OD at Christopher Newport University in Newport News Virginia. I caught a session on team metrics at a conference on 9/11. It was based on the OPM and I want to incorporate it in the sessions on team building. I have the overheads but it's been awhile and I could some info on the mchanics of installing the system. Anything that you could let me have would really be appreciated.

I've just been asked to find more about the Oregon Productivity Matrix. Is there any documentation or charts/graphs that can be shared? Going online has yielded very little information since the program disbanded in the 1980s.
