Is life complicated enough....... Having put up what we consider to be a pretty good fight so far I thought readers of the site might be interested in our latest article in the local paper. We have been to court on several occasions, the last time being 1999,they obtained their Money Judgement Order 8 years after repossession but we do not intend to sit on our laurels and take this abuse,we will carry on fighting them, and fortunately we now have the voice of Parliament backing us all the way.
