Thats great. We had a guy in school that got in trouble with the law. After his release, he was turned down for so many jobs because of his jail record, he left the 3 yrs blank when he interviewed. The interviewer noticed this and asked, to which he answered he had worked in the state corrections system. When asked what position, he said "inmate", his boss chuckled and gave him a probatonary peroid. That was 20 years ago, since then the boss has retired and gave Craig the business in exchange for investment dividends for himself and his wife for their golden years.
