My very very very favorite love song is "Love Of My Life" by Jim Brickman and Michael W. Smith, followed closely by "More Than Words" by Extreme.

The Ultimate Love Song would have to be "Get It On," by Marvin Gaye. I mean, come on...how could you miss that one?

But my favorite love song of all time is that one by Allison Krause (a country song) but i don't remember the name of it... "the smile on your face let's me know that you need me, and the truth in your eyes says that you'll never leave me, something something something...that you'll catch me whenever I fall..." etc. etc. etc...

Jessica, that song's called "When you say Nothing at all" and Ronan Keating did it for "Notting Hill." My favorite love song is, I am so sappy, "A Whole new World" and Shania Twain's duet with Bryan White, "From this Moment on."

"It Must Be Love" by Madness.

-- Zed (zed@swansongs.net), February 15, 2001.

"I knew I loved you before I met you", by Savage Garden is currently my favourite

-- Nats (lilnats@catlover.com), February 15, 2001.

Recently, I've found "I Don't Have Anything" by Vast to be a quite moving song.

But for all time... umm... I'd have to say... gosh, I don't know. I've been living in the damned here and now. Ack! Curse working in radio!

-- Miss ginger (ginger_claire2002@yahoo.com), February 16, 2001.

My fave love song? Oh Lord, there's a lot of those. Anything by Third Eye Blind, pretty much. "Anything" is really cool.

Anything for you Turn my castles blue Turn my bones to sand Just to see you I'll give you anything

Yeah, that's badass.

-- adam (dummyhead@dork.com), February 16, 2001.

'Bridge over troubled water' (Simon and Garfunkel), or 'To be with you' (Mr Big), but the atter purely for sentimental reasons [Twas the song I danced my first slow on].

-- Sofie 'Melle' Werkers (minerva@femgeeks.net), February 16, 2001.

Oh don't say "bridge over troubled waters" you'll only set me off again. That was "our song" as Tim well knows so that message should be banned from this fourm post haste for fear of making me cry again! (Just clarifying that last sentance:I have never had any sort of relationship with Tim,ever, really, ever). Otherwise, "Think Of You" by Frederica Kranitz, or "Where did our love go?" by The Supremes...

-- Mr Rubery! (mrrubery@hotmail.com), February 16, 2001.

"I Hate you SO Much Right NOW" by Kellis. grrrr. Stupid Valentines.

-- Anna (minihexe@another.com), February 17, 2001.

anything off of the last Cure album [bloodflowers]

"A Question of Lust" - Depeche Mode, "Somebody" - Depeche Mode, "All is Full of Love - Bjork

for now that's all I can think of....

oh yeah, Komm Susser Todd [off Evangelion] is the loss of love, but I still like it since I'm partially single and distraught...bleeeh

-- Amber (starlight@wellyeah.org), February 18, 2001.

'From this Moment'. I know, I know, tacky and cheesy as hell. But the lyrics are perfect.

'From this moment
as long as I live
I will love you
I promise you this
There is nothing
I wouldn't do
From this moment on.'

Although I have to say, after Monday night, I'm very tempted to mention 'One and Only' by the infamous Chesney
