I'm not an expert on classical music, but I believe that it was "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring"

This is a great classical song and fit that scene so well. The notes are very haunting and uplifting at the same time. Of course I am biased since it is the song that I walked down the aisle to when I got married! Go to amazon.com to listen to it, they have a link for the song.
