In looking at the mineral OH, such as in Muscovite KAl Si O (OH) 3 3 10 2 What does the (OH) stand for? I tried to look it up in the minerals table, but can't seem to find an OH or even and H? Also another question I have is, Amphibole and Pyroxene are Al silicates?

The OH stands for Oxygen and Hydrogen. From looking in my notes I found that Amphilbole and pyroxene are silicates but not Al (aluminal silicates) the only Al silicates i found in my notes were feldspars.
