My child was recently diagnosed with wheat allergy. What can I use in placement of all-purpose flour? Would soy or rye flour be ok? Please help.

There is oat flour, but try the following: Website: www.recipecottage.com/breads-quick/cornbread13.html (corn bread recipe) usa.moihomeworks.com/Store/dir.cfm?CategoryID=85 (wheat free mixes for sale, not sure how they are) Book: "Easy Bread Making for Special Diets" by Nicolette M. Dumke Good luck.
