I was in the dentist chair, getting a filling repaired. As he was drilling I was looking at the drill and wondering if it could be duplicated on a large scrap scale...
Then I wondered if it could be a challenge of any type...
How freakin' sick is that?

Yes it can. The drill its self uses a small air powered turbine to turn the burr(drill bit) at very high speeds. The challenge could be to build a turbine motor, a burr or drill bit and the air compressor to power it. The contest would be to drill out a cavities on a huge (I mean large scale) tooth. The first team to do so wins! Easy.

One team has to build a set of dental braces for the other teams expert and then they have to wire Georges mouth shut while on laughing gas!

Use a turbocharger to power the drill. www.gas-turbines.com
