At work so many things are expected, suspected or allowed for with contingency survival tactics. About the only unexpected thing that happened to me at work was a time when I had gone next door to the camper repair shop to talk to some one working on a Travel Queen camper under repair. I was talking to this man and suddenly I am trying to push the floor away from my face. The roof of those campers is curved (or was then in 1963) and this man and his helper thought they had securely tacked down the thin sheet of plywood on the roof, and had just come back from break when I came up and started talking. The tacking did not hole and the bent sheet of plywood sprang up, threw a hammer which had been left there, into the air and descended on my skull. See the forum question on sanity . . . . .

Sorry folks for the double entry . . . . the last one which mentions at the end my sanity is the one I want. First one was too involved and when Webtv told me that a minute had gone by without a response, I back pedaled and edited it.
