That was a great essay about Cambridge and the quixotic rise and eventual metamorphosis of aD! Reminds me a bit of e.e.'s Buffalo Bill. Anyway, I think Phil's essay on the 70 hr workweek kinda revealed that the maximum tweak approach to consulting was hitting a wall. So I hope we'll still see Joel's personal voice even when FogCreek is a fat software firm . . .
