UPDATE:Goat with vaginal prolapse

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Thought I should let you all know the answer to my previous question about a friend's two pregnant does with vaginal prolapse, even though it is rather disturbing. I will try to be as un-explicit as possible. My friend had to stay home from work one day, because her little girl was sick. Heard a goat screaming, saw a shadow through the barn window and went out with the cordless phone in her pocket and the shotgun in her hands. Well, she didn't catch him in the act, but did catch him with his pants down. Called the sheriff on the cordless phone and held him there until they arrived. It was a 16 year old boy, had been released to a foster home only a short distance away. He was a registered sex offender, but the foster parents didn't want to hurt him "socially" by contacting the neighbors, as they were legally obliged to do. He's now back where he belongs and the foster parents lost their license. My friend is outraged, but thanking God it was not her daughter. Anyway, the does kidded, each with triplets, and the prolapses retracted right after the kiddings. Looks like they will be fine. I'm sorry if I upset anyone. Kathie

I missed the origional post I guess .Are you saying the boy was having "relations" with the goat ? Thank god the child was not harmed .I hope this boy will get the help he needs ,there is something seriously wrong .I won't go on and on ., but are system of foster care and not terminating parents rights is so warped .Where were this boys rights when the system failed him horribly ? The world is becoming a sad place .I'm glad things will be better for your friend .
