I don't have a bread machine and enjoy making bread by the conventional method. There are so many recipes that I want to try, but they seem to all be for a bread machine. What can I do to convert them to the conventional method. Are the ingredients in the same quantities? If I mix everything together, let rise, punch down and let rise again and then bake like most conventional bread recipes will I be all right?
