Two of my boys have a life threatening allergy to dairy products. I know that Sodium Stearyle Lactylate can be dairy based or not. I have not been able to find out if this ingredient in "Franz Big Bread" is dairy based or not? Can any one help? I am having a hard time finding bread that does not contain dairy!
