Why, because Jesus is freedom and the Catholic church is a system of works, that no man can keep or keeps, more then that scripture doesnt support it or require that anyone do them. Jesus said I came that they may have life and have it more abundantly. Yes you can quete James to justify works, I ask you was Abraham justified apart from his obediance becuase he trusted God. How many times does Gods word mention being justified by Gods grace. How many times does Gods word mention Catholic, purgatory, Sacraments, indulgences. The scripture used for the euchrist is far from truth because Jesus is speaking symbolically about his words being life. I dont hate Catholics, I hate the evils and the hyprocricy of the papacy who gives Jesus a bad name. I claim no religion I claim Christ and him crucified. Acts 4:24 But also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness-for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delieverd over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justfication. Have a blessed day and I pray that the Lord brings to th eknowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
