Do all wells have the "well screens"? If not what would the difference be in water pressure? or would there be no difference at all?

Not all wells have screens, screens are generally used on pumps to prevent large stones and other obstractions from entering the water lines. Water pressure would not change if you refer to artesian wells because of natural pressure, But in other wells the depth of the well will effect water pressure because of the amount of energy used to pump the water to the top.
