David got me thinkin' with his Wordsworth so I thought I'd post my favorite quote on this lifestyle...I've had this posted on my fridge for about 4 years. Someday I'm gonna do it in cross-stitch!!

The only thing I would add is "grow your own food"...but I guess it's not a really tasty meal unless you do!!
