our counter policy alowes us to take one counter for one attack, and a few for two attacks

he only attacked you once, so take one counter. if he attacks again, then take a few more explaining why, but please do not take more than one counter if he only attacks you once, and not more than four if he attacks you twice

threats shouldnt be considered attacks, untell they are carried out of course
