i am making pumpkin bread for school and we need to know if it is a quick bread or a yeast bread. If it is a quick bread what type of batter or dough was it and if it a yeast bread what mixing method was used to prepare it?

also what would be the leaving agent used in pumkin bread? thanks for your time
