I've been keeping up with this... Though the sheep are long dead, it is worth noting that the lawsuits haven't stopped!! I hope these folks win big time on this one.

I posted this site on the CS forum a while ago - before the sheep were siezed. There is a lot more to learn, and nobody is telling the 'whole' truth on either side. Will be interested to see how it finally turns out!
