Winspit is my favourite place in the world to go swimming. It is disused quary and sea quay, 30 minutes walk south of Worth Matravers (or about 1hr walk from Scoles Manor). You might want to take a pair of old trainers or jelly shoes to swim in, also don't go in if it looks too wavy. The best thing to do is take a disposable barbecue and go down on a sunny summer's evening.
