Just wondering if the outage today was widespread? After several notes to the great webmaster it seems to be OK now.

Yes, it was. I couldn't access the website. Now that it's up, I call attention to the brief but large system load dip today on the Calfornia I.S.O. chart today, 2001/05/18 at 11:30 AM. This can be found until midnight Pacific Time at: http://www.caiso.com/SystemStatus.html

Martin, I couldn't access any of the Greenspun forums for much of yesterday and today. But my ISP was having server problems itself on Wednesday, so I had assumed that was a part of the problem. We'll probably see more of this during the summer.
